Course Description:

This course covers: Duties of Authorized Entrants, Authorized Attendants and Entry Supervisor Conducting Hazard Analysis Non-Entry Rescue Emergency Services Hands on training with equipment routinely used in confined space work.

 

How does this work?

A Packet will be mailed to you containing workbooks and quizzes.

Students will also be given instructions to go to a drop box.

 

The Drop Box Will Contain:

1. Recordings of an instructor teaching from a power point slide shows.

2. Three videos to view. There will be exercises after you view the movies.

 

How do I get my contact hours? As soon as payment is received and submitted quizzes are graded with a 70% or more, we will submit a roster report.
